eESPL has a team of qualified and committed professionals, dedicated scientists with strong competency and high experience in conceptualization & implementation of need based programs for agriculture, environment & social sectors in various disciplines. To make the people self reliant and farmers in particular, eESPL proposes various developmental activities in the field of agriculture and allied sectors, like providing latest packages of practices & technical know-how for agriculture and related sectors;preparation of training materials and impart training on improving skill to enhance livelihood, conservation & management of natural/ farm level resources and input management;implementation of Organic Farming (adoption & certification, PGS) and e-GAP programs; agriculture extension services with ICT interventions; scientific PHM activities; undertaking base line surveys & preparation of feasibility reports; evaluations of various programmes& policy reviews; formation, management and handholding of FPOs for long term sustainability; large scale seed production (hybrid and OP) for both horticulture and field crops; supply of good quality planting material; market intelligence and facilitate in establishing market linkage for selling of produce, and organizing events and awareness campaigns, etc.Understanding the current agriculture and environment scenario, eESPL is focusing on zero wastes farming system, smart village, water harvesting, and skill development.The company also intends to train the farmers on scientific food production & PHM activities and to establish processing infrastructure through FPOs to enhance the marketability of the produce in the export market.eESPL also works for conservation and management of water,soil, environment, biodiversity; reclamation and restoration of waste- degraded areas; afforestation- plantations; andtapping the renewable sources of energies.
